Please read the following protocol we will be following to ensure everyone is as safe as possible when at the studio.  It is important that everyone does their part to follow the guidelines and to help their children to as well.

ONLY DANCERS AND STAFF ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING AT ALL TIMES. No parents, siblings or friends should enter the studio.

DO NOT bring your child to the studio if they or anyone they have been in contact with is showing symptoms of illness. These symptoms include but are not limited to: fever, a new cough, dry cough, shortness of breath, body aches, chills, fatigue, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea or pink eye.  Anyone with symptoms should stay home for 10 days after illness onset and until 72 hours after the fever is gone without use of fever reducing medicine.

Dancers should bring a personal water bottle to class as the drinking fountain is to remain closed at this time.  We will have hand sanitizer in every room but would appreciate students bringing their own so they can use it whenever needed.  Please limit what you bring to the studio to just your dance bag.  We will have the dancers spread their bags out along the wall and keep them as distant as possible.

We would like dancers to arrive 5 minutes before their class time and wait outside on the blue tape that is 6 feet apart.  Please have dancers wear a face mask while waiting outside the studio.  We will be taking temperature checks and giving hand sanitizer upon entry.  There are blue Xs spaced more than 6 ft apart in each dance room. Teachers will wear face masks at all times. If your class is in studio C, line up in the front of the building and you will enter and exit directly into studio C. If your class is in studio B, you will enter and exit the front lobby door. If your class is in studio A, please wait on the back side of the building and you will enter and exit through the back lobby.

All equipment will be disinfected between classes, such as barres and mats, etc. Dancers will not be partnering, do partner tricks or holding hands. We will discourage dancers touching at all times.

Acro students will be touched by their teacher and/or assistant for spotting and safety in acro class. If you are not comfortable with hands on spotting, you should not sign your dancer up for acro class.

In the event of a required closure, we will transition to a full virtual schedule. We will require a commitment of one month with this virtual format before any enrollment changes can be made.

Please go over all of these guidelines and procedures with your dancers.  Everything will run much smoother if the students know what is expected before they arrive at the studio.

Thank you for your cooperation.
