Kennedy Howard has studied dance and movement arts for nearly 20 years, and is a proud alumni of ACMA and their performing company, Dance West. She formally trained with Alonzo King LINES Ballet in their BFA program, and was honored to receive their prestigious Homer Avila scholarship for spirit and merit.
After her time with LINES, she transitioned to pursuing a Bachelors of Science in Applied Health and Fitness at Portland State University. Kennedy has experience as an apprentice GYROTONICⓇ trainer, and currently attends Pacific University in their doctoral program for Physical Therapy.
She finds great fulfillment in working with others to discover their full movement potential. Kennedy loves being a dance educator, and firmly believes that motion is the driving force behind health, happiness, and wholehearted living.
